At Zaldura, we work hard to get your order to you quickly and safely.

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• Shipping Area: For customers outside the USA, shipping typically takes 7–16 days depending on your location, At checkout, you can see if shipping to your country is available.

• Shipping From: Orders are shipped from our HONG KONG fulfillment center.

• Delivery Time: delivery usually takes 7–10 business days.

• Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, please check around your property and with neighbors. If it still can’t be found, email contact@zaldura.com and we’ll help.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days with photos and your order number we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. We’re not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
