Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

Shipping Area: We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping From: All orders ship from our U.S. fulfillment center.

Delivery Time: After processing, delivery usually takes 7–11 business days.

Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, please check around your property and with neighbors. If it still can’t be found, email contact@zaldura.com and we’ll help.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number — we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. We’re not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
